This fruit dip is heaven, and uses Skor Bars in it! It’s sooo yummy.
Whip the whipping cream with icing sugar until peaks form. Cream together softened cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla. Fold whipping cream into cream cheese mixture, adding 3 crunched up Skor bars. Top and decorate with 1 crunched Skor bar. Serve with fresh fruit.

Makes a lot, but that was a good thing as we ended up eating it with a spoon it was so good! Thanks for sharing!
I served this dip tonight with apple slices for my “Sips & Dips” social hour. The only change I made was that I substituted 1/2 tub of cool whip for the whipping cream and sugar to make it simpler. It was wonderful.
