Description

My friend Katie adapted this yummy dip. I bring this to just about every holiday get-together we have, and everyone always raves about it then asks for the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Frozen Spinach
  • 2 cans Artichoke Hearts
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Jarlsburg Swiss Cheese, Shredded
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove spinach from package, heat in microwave for 5 minutes. Squeeze dry.

Drain artichoke hearts, pour into a large mixing bowl. Stir, mashing with spoon until they are broken apart and chopped up. Add, mayo, sour cream, parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.

Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with shredded Jarlsburg cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
