Description

The Best Cheese Ball ever is this simple and easy appetizer that is perfect for the holiday season. Great at Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Divided
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 jar (5 Oz .size) Pimento Cheese Spread
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • 6 slices Pickled Jalapeno Peppers, Minced
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Cayenne Powder
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

In a mixer, place 1 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, pimento cheese spread, mayonnaise, minced pickled jalapeno pepper slices (put in as many as your heat level will take), garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne powder. Beat at low speed until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Form into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for at least 4 hours.

When chilled, roll ball into remaining 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar. Place on a plate to serve along with assorted crackers.
