Description

This was always a favorite, growing up….a special treat. It is a crowd pleaser, for both kids and adults alike- comfort food, in fact!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Milk
  • 2 packages Cream Cheese, 16 Oz. Total
  • 1-½ teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • ½ cups Dried Onion Soup Mix
  • ½ cups Dried Beef, Diced
  • ½ teaspoons Horseradish
  • 1 whole French Bread Loaf, Cubed

Preparation

Heat milk, and add cream cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.

Add mustard, onion soup, beef, and horseradish.

Cook 5 minutes, over low heat.

Transfer to fondue pot. Serve with cubed french bread, for dipping.

Let me know how you like it warm. Now that you mention it, it does remind me of a cheese ball appetizer that my friend makes….Never thought about that!
