An out of this world sauce recipe. Better than I’ve ever found in a restaurant. Goes along with my Sweet and Sour Chicken recipe, but fantastic as a dipping sauce for egg rolls or wontons.
Combine all ingredients except pineapple juice in a saucepan and heat until combined. Add the pineapple juice slowly until it is sweet enough for you (the sauce smells strongly of vinegar, so always taste it instead of smelling it).
To thicken the sauce up to use as a dip, add a little cornstarch to cold water and slowly stir into the hot sauce.
