A simple and fast appetizer.
Chop the garlic and chili pepper very finely.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and when it is hot, put in the shrimps. Let them cook on both sides for 1 minute. Then put in the garlic and chili pepper and let cook with the shrimp for 30 seconds. Then add a splash of white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
