These stuffed jalapenos are to die for! Try them, you’ll love them!
Brown Italian sausage and drain the grease. While cooling, remove the tops and core all of the jalapenos. Combine Italian sausage and cream cheese. Stuff jalapenos with sausage/cheese mixture. Wrap one slice of bacon around each jalapeno and secure with tooth picks.
Place Jalapenos in a pepper roaster or directly on the grate of an outdoor grill on medium INDIRECT heat. Be sure to use indirect heat or the bacon will cause flare ups.
Cook for 30 minutes or until bacon is somewhat crisp. If jalapenos are placed directly on the grill, turn frequently.
Once the bacon is done, enjoy! If you want to eliminate some of the heat, trim the bottom end off of the jalapenos prior to eating.
