Super quick and easy crackers. Olive Oil Crackers seasoned with rosemary and garlic.
Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and rosemary. Set aside.
In a 2 cup measuring cup, combine water and olive oil. Stir the oil mixture into the flour mixture until it forms a smooth ball.
Divide dough in half. Using your hands, flatten each half of the dough onto a cookie sheet. You want to get it as thin as possible. Dust the top of each with garlic powder. Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough into squares.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container.
