Delicious teeny-tiny bite-sized burgers covered in melted spicy cheese.
Melt Velveeta and Rotel in a medium saucepan over low heat. Keep it over low heat, stirring occasionally until ready to use.
Place the ground beef in a large bowl and add the Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, seasoning salt, kosher salt, and pepper. Mix gently with a fork to combine. Shape the meat into 12 thin patties of equal size and thickness.
Because these are a thinner style slider I recommend cooking them on a large flat skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
To assemble the sliders, place a burger on the bottom bun and top with 2 tablespoons of melted cheese. Add the top bun and enjoy!
