The perfect fall treat that’s great with your favorite cookie or fruit.
In a large bowl, mix together instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in the thawed frozen whipped topping. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Sooooo easy and soooo yummy!! I served with apples, teddy grahams, and ginger snaps. YUMM-O! Oh, and someone else brought pumpkin bars to the party, and people were saying they were putting this on the pumpkin bars and that was delish as well.
