Pear, Walnut and Goat Cheese Stuffed Endives

Description
These make a lovely appetizer or snack. They are quick and simple to put together. Oh yeah, they’re also delicious!
Ingredients
- 8 leaves Endive
- 8 slices Pear
- 2-½ Tablespoons Goat Cheese
- 8 pieces Walnuts
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Pure Honey
Preparation
Line up endive and top with a pear slice. Add a little goat cheese to the end and top with a walnut. Plate stuffed endives.
In a small plastic measuring cup, stir together balsamic vinegar and honey. (If honey is stiff, put the measuring cup in the microwave for about 5 seconds). Drizzle mixture over walnuts and serve.
