Description

Parmesan Toast Points! Just hearing that name makes me happy inside and my mouth water. Bubbly, broiled squares of flavorful goodness! One thing I’ve really have come appreciate in a recipe is simplicity. It’s nice to be able to throw something delicious together in less than 15 minutes. This is something with just a few common ingredients you probably already have in your home.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Diced Yellow Onion
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • ¾ cups Parmesan Cheese
  • Black Pepper To Taste
  • 6 slices White Bread, Crusts Removed

Preparation

1. Turn on broiler.

2. Dice onion into very small pieces (you could even use a cheese grater if you wanted, though I like them a little chunky).

3. Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, onion and black pepper till evenly mixed.

4. Cut bread into quarters.

5. Spread squares out on a baking sheet and top each one with roughly 1 tablespoon of mixture.

6. Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbling and golden brown on top. Do not walk away or these will burn!
