My grandma’s recipe that she made every holiday since I can remember. These are always a huge hit when I make them too!
Boil eggs and cool. Once cooled, cut in half and scoop yolks into a bowl. Add vinegar/pickle juice, dry mustard, salt, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce and mayo together. Add prepared mustard to taste (at least 1 teaspoonful).
Fold in finely chopped or grated onion, bacon, and parsley. Spoon yolk mixture into the halved egg whites and sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve chilled.
