Description

Total crowd-pleaser and super easy to make! I usually double this recipe and there’s still none left after guests devour it!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Chopped Frozen Spinach (10 Oz Package)
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1 package Knorr's Leek Soup Mix (1.8 Oz Package, No Substitutes)
  • 1 dash Lemon Juice
  • 8 ounces, weight Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip!)
  • 1 loaf Sourdough Or Italian Bread, Cut Into Dipping Size Cubes

Preparation

Cook spinach per package directions then allow it to cool and squeeze dry. In a large bowl combine spinach with other ingredients (except bread) and mix well. Ideally, refrigerate for an hour or two before serving so the flavors combine.

Serve with cubed bread. If you want to get fancy, you can cut out the inside of a boule-type bread and place the dip inside. Tasty!

Doubled this and had to use Knorr’s Vegetable Mix because Walmart didn’t have the leek. It was sensational, and received rave reviews. Thanks!

I have been hunting for this recipe for 15 years. Couldn’t quite recreate it guessing the right ingredients. It is my very favorite dip. I shouldn’t be left alone with any leftovers.
