Tomatoes with zing, easy to prepare and keep it going
Wash, core and cut tomatoes into 6 – 8 wedges, set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients, whisk together and pour into resealable Ziploc bag.
Add tomato wedges and marinate 4-5 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
After you have depleted the tomatoes, you can just cut up more and add to the liquid to marinate again.
