A blend of colourful fruit with the kick of jalapeno and the flavour of cilantro.
Cut the mango into small chunks and gently mix together with the berries, cilantro and diced jalapeno. Dissolve the brown sugar in the juice of 1 lemon. Pour over the salsa and gently mix together. Set aside
Mix granulated sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 cup of butter together. Spread this mixture onto the tortillas and bake them for 5 minutes (or until sugar mixture bubbles) at 350F. Cut the baked tortillas (pizza style) immediately after removing from the oven. Set aside to cool.
To serve, top the tortilla chips with salsa.
