Description

Loaded Mexican Fries with homemade queso blanco.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE QUESO BLANCO:
  • ½ cups Monterey Jack Cheese Cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese, Cubed
  • 1 Tablespoon Canned Green Chilies
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1 pinch Cumin
  • FOR THE FRIES:
  • 6 cups Baked French Fries (or Amount As Desired)
  • Guacamole
  • Jalapeño Slices
  • Fresh Chopped Cilantro
  • Queso Fresco, Crumbled
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream

Preparation

For the queso blanco:
Add all of the ingredients into a small saucepan. Cook on low heat whisking constantly until creamy and smooth.

For the fries:
Layer baked french fries on a large plate. Top with queso first and then add additional toppings as desired. Serve immediately while the fries and queso are still hot.
