Description

Perfectly cheesy and perfectly spicy jalapeno popper cheese bread.

Ingredients

  • ½ whole Loaf French Bread (from 1 Loaf Cut In Half Lengthwise)
  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ½ cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • ½ cups Shredded Medium Cheddar
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, Stem Removed, Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 F. Put the bread on a baking sheet, cut side up.

Combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeno and mayonnaise in a bowl. Spread mixture over the top of the bread.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until mixture is melted and bubbly. Then turn on broiler and broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheese browns slightly.
