Drain the chickpeas. Add them to the bowl of a food processor. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Lightly toast some pita for dipping.
So so easy and a great taste. Not too lemony and thick enough to use easily with vegetables. Really great blend of lemon, tahini and garlic. Luckily I only took some of it out for my Sunday lunch at work because my coworkers gobbled it up and asked for the recipe and more for Monday’s lunch.
