Description

This dip is a hit anywhere I take it. It is served warm and bubbling and includes several cheeses and pizza sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • ¾ cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 ounces, fluid Pizza Sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Combine cream cheese and Italian seasoning; spread onto a small baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine mozzarella and parmesan. Sprinkle half on top of the cream cheese. Spread pizza sauce over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

If you like, you can top it with bell pepper and green onions.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbling around the edges.

Serve with French bread or fresh vegetable dippers.

I love this stuff! The only thing I do different is I microwave mine for 8-10 minutes and it is perfect!

This was delicious. Of all the food we set out at our Superbowl get together, this was by far the favorite of the evening.

Oh, and we serve it with Tortilla chips, but I love the idea of French bread!

I’ve been making this for years, it’s one of our favorites! The only thing I do different (aside from changing up the seasoning depending on what kind of mood I’m in) is add pepperoni- either sliced or the new tiny ones.
