A decadent, cheesy dip that will never be a leftover!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Hollow out a round sourdough loaf, reserving the bread you remove. Cut additional bread into chunks.
Mix together cream cheese and mayo. Stir in bacon, cheese, and onion. Fill hollow loaf with dip. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
Serve with bread for dipping.

This is a great dip. I use a package of the Oscar Meyer Bacon pieces instead of frying bacon. I also spread it in a pie plate or double it and bake in a 9×13 dish (I baked it about 10min. longer for the double recipe). Serve with triscuits, fritos or nacho scoops.

This is one of the greatest dips ever! I personally I have not made it myself, but have enjoyed it at many parties and it is always a crowd pleaser! I also have not had it with the sourdough, I have always had it with crackers but I am sure the sourdough is wonderful.
