Description

This recipe is really simple and people love it when I bring it to parties. Just make sure that if you put it in the fridge with plastic wrap over it, you remove the plastic wrap before you bake it. My mother forgot to do it one time when she brought it for Thanksgiving. Did I mention we’re a family of blondes?

Ingredients

  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts, Drained (14 Oz.)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 dash Garlic Powder
  • 1 dash Salt

Preparation

Drain artichokes, break or cut into small pieces. Add mayo and cheese. Mix well and season with garlic powder and salt. Bake in a shallow dish at 350F until bubbly (about 20 minutes). Serve with Fritos.

I have made this sooo many times and always forget to write the recipe down! I am currently in a panic “get the food made” situation so THANKS for having this posted :)
