Description

This is a wonderful and easy appetizer to serve at a party or holiday get-together. It’s one of my favorites. Serve with Tostitos, crackers or toasted baguette slices.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 Oz.) Artichokes, Drained And Chopped
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 8 ounces, weight Package Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Mix ingredients in a small bowl. Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature to make it easier to mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Serve with crackers, toasted baguette, or Tostitos. You can substitute light mayonnaise and 1/3 less fat cream cheese. It still tastes great!

Almost exactly like the recipe I use! I add a couple cloves of garlic though… and I always “accidentally” put in too much parmesan.
One of my favorite comfort foods… helps me get through finals week every quarter!

I’ve made this before out of Paula Dean’s book! It is delicious! Add a little hot sauce and some Worcestershire sauce for a nice little kick!
