Description

Easy, 5-ingredient snack bars sweetened with honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Pretzel Pieces
  • ½ cups Lightly Salted Peanuts
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, Preferably With No Sugar
  • ½ cups Honey

Preparation

Line an 8×13-inch pan with wax paper, leaving some overhang on each side to easily lift bars from pan.

In a large bowl, stir together oats, pretzel pieces, and peanuts. In a small bowl, stir together peanut butter and honey.

Stir peanut butter mixture into oat mixture until everything is well-coated and sticky. Press into lined pan, pushing down with your fingers to make it all stick together.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Carefully lift paper from pan and cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
