Healthy snack at any time.
Rinse pumpkin seeds. Use your fingers to remove all the pulp. Drain well.
Spread out on a tray to dry (sunlight works fine).
Next put oil in a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat. When oil is hot, add the pumpkin seeds and toast until golden brown.
After that melt the chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler.
Now combine melted chocolate and toasted pumpkin seeds. Mix well.
Let cool.
Serve and enjoy.
