  • 1 bunch Cilantro, Leaves And Top Stems, Chopped
  • 2 whole Medium Jalapeños, Seeded And Chopped

  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin

Thanks Eldereno! I’ll try adding the roasted & peeled poblanos to the salsa next time! Sounds delicious!

Great salsa and really easy. I’ll add more of the seeds next time.. I like it spicy!

Excellent salsa. I use Serrano pepper instead of Jalapenos. I don’t change a thing and it’s a huge hit with everyone – and I work with a bunch of Mexican men who love it!!!

Excellent taste. I used a couple tsps of canned jalapenos, red onions and a blender. Flavor was awesome even before letting it marinate for a bit. Thanks for sharing.

I do something very similar to this…adding in some roasted and skinned pablamos (chopped) for an added layer of flavor. Very tasty!
