These will go perfect with any Mexican Dip! This is my mother’s recipe.
1. Cut your tortillas into triangles.
2. Heat up your oil in a cast iron pan or a deep frier.
3. Dip the tortilla triangles into the hot oil and fry them on both sides until crisp and golden.
4. Line a plate with paper towels and set the finished chips on top to drain for a minute.
5. Then toss them in a mixing bowl with salt
