This is a healthy, easy alternitive to McDonald’s Carmel dip. And your kids will go crazy for it!!!!
In a small mixing bowl, put in the softened cream cheese, followed by vanilla and brown sugar.
With a hand mixer on lowest setting blend until smooth and well mixed.
Spoon into a pretty bowl and set on a large plate.
Cut up apples (we love a mixture of Granny Smith and Red Delicious) and place on the plate around the bowl.
Enjoy in knowing that your kids are eating something they love that’s healthy!!!

msmarmalade, It does not have all ther perservitives that mcdonld’s does; expesially if you use Cream cheese, Brown Sugar, and vinalla that is not the super processed stuff that they sell at most supermarkets. I would also bet dollars to doughnuts that even if you used regular processed ingrediants but kept it to the same size of that little tub, it would still be healthier!!!

This is also amazing if you throw in a few chopped peanuts!

How can anyone suggest this is less healthy than the McDonalds dip? children need sugar and fat, but they don’t need artificial sweeteners, colours, flavours and/or preservatives. This dip looks great, easy and with few ingredients, thanks for the great recipe!!
