Perfect for game day Sunday!
Slice the baguette into 3/4″ slices. Generously brush the olive oil over the top of the slices and sprinkle them with seasoned salt and pepper. Set aside.
Fry bacon. Let cool and drain, and then cut into thirds.
Heat grill to medium high heat. Put crostinis on, paying constant attention to them because they will burn if you even look away. After 30 seconds, check the bottom; if it’s nice and toasty, flip and toast the other side for about another 30 seconds.
Take toasted crostinis, spread on the mayo and place a piece of bacon on top. Then add the lettuce and finally, the halved tomatoes.
