I love hummus. Whenever I am out to eat, I’m always tempted to order the hummus tray but I have yet to find somewhere that serves it with gluten-free pita chips. Luckily, you can make your own GF pita chips at home in less than 15 minutes. This recipe in very hands on and easy to do, making the perfect meal to make little kiddos!
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk. Let dough sit for 20 minutes.
Knead dough and spread onto baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
