This visually appealing and tasty dish can be prepared in under 10 minutes!
In a small bowl, mix Korean BBQ sauce with oil. In a separate bowl, mix minced garlic and butter.
Cut the surface of mushrooms in a crisscross fashion. Toss mushrooms in Korean BBQ sauce and oil mixture.
Place mushrooms in a baking pan, crisscrossed side up. Air fry at 360ºF for 4 minutes.
Spoon a little of the garlic and butter mixture on top of each mushroom. Air fry again at 360ºF for 2 more minutes. When done, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese and parsley over mushrooms. Serve.
