Thinly sliced bagels baked with grated Parmesan cheese and garlic.
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Thinly slice bagels in very thin rounds. To do this I cut the bagel in half right down the center and then cut each half into thin, disk-like slices.
3. Lay sliced bagels in a single layer on a baking sheet.
4. In a small bowl mix together Parmesan, garlic powder, and garlic salt.
5. Spray bagels liberally with olive oil cooking spray.
6. Sprinkle garlic-Parmesan mixture over bagels and toss together with your hands.
7. Bake for 7 minutes, remove from oven, stir, spray with a little more olive oil, and return to oven for another 7 minutes. Remove from oven.
8. Let the chips cool and store in an airtight container.
