Fruit & Cheese Appetizer Skewers

Description
A party favorite any time!
Ingredients
- 16 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar Cheese Block, Cut Into Cubes
- 32 ounces, weight Seedless Red Globe Grapes
- 16 ounces, weight Canned Large Pineapple Chunks, Drained
Preparation
Note: You will also need 4- to 6-inch wooden skewers, 4 for each serving.
Line up ingredients all on a clean work surface. To assemble skewers, thread a cube of cheese, followed by one grape, another cube of cheese, and a chunk of pineapple through a wooden skewer. Place on a platter. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
