Description

The combination of homegrown tomatoes, farmers market peaches, and ripe mango is perfect for any summer get-together.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Ripe Mango, Chopped
  • 1 whole Large Ripe Peach, Chopped
  • 1 whole Medium-sized Ripe Tomato, Chopped
  • ½ cups Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, Seeded And Finely Diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Crushed
  • ¼ cups Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl. If possible, chill for 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
