So very French, so very pretty, so very simple … and so very yummy, crispy and delicious. A wonderful spring/summer appetizer or snack. Experiment and try with flavored butters (anchovy!) and fresh herbs.
Wash and thinly slice your radishes.
Slice your baguette in diagonal pieces. Slather generously with butter. Top with radishes, and sprinkle with fleur de sel and fresh herbs, if using.
