A dip with a zip! Grandma Evie must have made this for card club because I do not remember having it. I can hardly wait to share this dip with my co-workers.
Stir together the sour cream, mayonnaise, dry mustard, anchovy paste, chili sauce, and horseradish. Add the chopped egg, parsley, and garlic. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to blend the favors.
Note: I looked high and low for anchovy paste at my local grocery stores. I ended up using Worcestershire sauce instead. When I head to a metropolitan grocery store, I will be sure to pick up some anchovy paste.
