Description

Easy Supreme Pizza Dip is seriously the most amazing mouthwatering appetizer! Great for game days or those up-coming holiday parties. Cream cheese, layered with Parmesan, mozzarella, Italian seasonings and topped with pepperoni … this low carb recipe will be a over-the-top crowd pleaser this holiday season!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1-½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Divided
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • ¼ cups Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 3 ounces, weight Pepperoni Slices, Cut Into Quarters
  • ¼ cups Sliced Black Olives (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF and set aside a small oven safe skillet or an 8×8 baking dish.

Mix softened cream cheese with Italian seasoning, half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the parmesan. Spread this mixture evenly on the bottom of your skillet or baking dish. Top the cream cheese mixture with pizza sauce and spread in an even layer. Top with the rest of the mozzarella and the rest of the Parmesan. Add green bell pepper, pepperoni and olives on top.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until top is hot and bubbly. Serve with pork rinds, vegetable sticks or your favorite chip.

Notes:
• To get your cream cheese soft in a hurry, microwave in a microwave safe bowl in 15-second intervals.
• To make this hot pizza dip even more keto-friendly, look for a pizza sauce with the lowest amount of sugar.
