I call it Cuban because it has black beans in it, something my husband could eat with every meal. This is an easy, flavorful side that tastes great with grilled tilapia or salmon!
Chop mango, red bell pepper, red onion and cilantro. Combine in a large bowl, add black beans, and pour lime juice and lemon juice over everything.
Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or longer to get the maximum flavor.
Serve with grilled tilapia, salmon or chicken.
