i just discovered brussel sprouts and i am in *love*.
I steam them for about 10 min and then roast them for about 30 with seasonings and coconut oil.
Holy grail of veggie!
and to think i wouldn’t go near them a month ago….too many bad childhood experiences with those nasty frozen ones. Night and day!

I think i just signed up to be a b-sprout missionary :)

Oh how I love roasted brussel sprouts… I like to hit them with a little shot of balsamic vinegar right when I pull them out of the oven and let it carmelize a bit! Yum!!!

Simple and delicious. The lemon really cut some of the strength of the brussels sprouts. The kids even ate them. Thanks for sharing!
