Description

An appetizer and crowd pleaser for the next potluck or social gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • ⅓ cups Pimento Cheese Spread
  • ½ cups Shredded Or Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cups Crawfish Tails, Peeled
  • ¼ cups Green Onions
  • ¼ cups Yellow Onion
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic, Minced
  • ½ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Creole Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoons Sriracha Sauce
  • ⅓ cups Vegetable Broth

Preparation

Add softened cream cheese, pimento cheese, shredded or grated sharp cheddar cheese and crawfish tails. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and set crockpot on low. Cook for 2 hours, then uncover and stir all ingredients together. If dip is too thick, it is okay to add extra broth.

Cover and let cook an additional 2 to 3 hours. Once dip is somewhat thickened, turn off crockpot. Dish in a bowl. Garnish with more green onions and serve with tortilla chips or warm French bread.

Note: Do not let dip get too thick because it will thicken on its own when warm or cold. To reheat dip, just add 1/3 teaspoon of broth or water when necessary.
