Fresh pico de gallo is tossed with a creamy lime sour cream and avocados. An easy way to dress up your family’s taco night!
Place chopped tomatoes on a few paper towels, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt to draw
In a large bowl, add onion, cilantro, jalapenos, and avocados. Pat tomatoes dry and add them to the bowl. Toss to combine.
Add the sour cream to the mixture. Squeeze juice of limes into the bowl (my limes weren’t all that juicy, so you may need less or more). Add pepper.
Stir well to combine. Taste and adjust your seasonings as necessary. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
