Description

These little bites of deliciousness look and taste fancy but are so simple to make. Bonus: they freeze beautifully.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cooked Crab Meat, Coarsely Chopped
  • ½ cups Butter, At Room Temperature
  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 jar (5 Oz. Size) Kraft Old English Cheese Spread
  • ¼ teaspoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • 1 dash Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 dash Garlic Salt (optional)
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Finely Chopped
  • 12  English Muffin Halves

Preparation

Mix crab, butter, mayo, cheese spread, seasonings and parsley in a bowl.

Place muffin halves in a single layer on a jelly roll pan. Spread mixture evenly over English muffins.
Freeze for 30 minutes.

Remove pan from freezer and slice each English muffin half into quarters. Preheat oven to 375 F.

Bake at 375 F for approximately 10-15 minutes until just starting to brown and bubble. Remove from oven and serve.

To freeze: After cutting into quarters return to freezer until completely frozen. Once frozen store in an airtight freezer safe container. Remove any amount you desire and bake at 375 F for approximately 25 minutes until just starting to brown and bubble.
