Description

Always a hit at parties. Halve the recipe unless you are expecting a very large crowd!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Corn, Drained
  • 2 cans Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • ½ cups Chopped Red Onion
  • 3 whole Tomatoes, Diced
  • 4 whole Avocados, Diced
  • 6 stalks Green Onions, Sliced
  • 2 packages Good Seasons Italian Dressing Seasoning
  • ½ cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips.

This is delicious! I took it to our small group and it was devoured. Everyone else went home with leftovers, but I didn’t.
