Description

A perfect blend of coffee with lamb to give you tender meat pieces that serve as a great starter.

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces, weight Lamb Or Tender Mutton
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons Instant Coffee Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil, Plus More For Shallow Frying
  • 1-½ teaspoon Salt

Preparation

Marinate the lamb or mutton pieces with the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours.

Heat pan and add some oil (not too much). When oil is hot, cook lamb till the marinade turns to a sauce, about 20 minutes. (I covered it with a lid so that the meat was thoroughly cooked, soft and very tender.)

Serve hot.
