Description

A quick and easy snack to keep around during the holidays (or any time)! A nice change from the traditional snack mixes we keep in tins for holiday guests. Also, a healthier alternative than those pretzels from the mall.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Sugar, Divided
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 stick Butter, Melted
  • 16 ounces, weight Pretzels

Preparation

Preheat oven to 250F.

In a large bowl, whisk together half of the sugar and all of the cinnamon. Add the melted butter and combine. Add the pretzels and toss to combine. I recommend doing this in batches to keep the pretzels from breaking and to ensure an even coat of the cinnamon mixture. Put the pretzels in a single layer on a lightly oiled cookie sheet(s). Sprinkle with the remaining half of the sugar. Bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

These are so easy and delicious. I made them for a group of teenage boys coming over to the house tonight and they all love them. I can’t stop eating them!!
