I make this dip every time I have leftover cilantro that I don’t want to go to waste. Very simple and lots of flavor—a definite crowd pleaser!
Start by placing the cilantro, garlic, sour cream, and lime juice in a food processor and blend until you have a nice creamy sauce. Add the powdered ranch dressing mix, chili powder and cumin and pulse a couple times until well blended. Remove to a serving bowl and add the cream cheese and shredded cheese. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serving with the Tostitos Scoops Hint of Jalapeno tortilla chips will give it the perfect kick of heat that it needs.
