Description

A quick and easy appetizer that will disappear quickly!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Prepared Chili, Or An Equal Amount Of Canned
  • 1 block Cream Cheese (8 Ounce Block)
  • 3 ounces, weight Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 can Black Beans, 16 Ounces
  • 1 pinch Favorite Southwest Seasoning - Cumin, Cayenne, Chili Powder
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, Chopped, For Topping

Preparation

In microwave safe bowl, melt together the first 3 ingredients. Heat it for 30 seconds at a time, and stir in between. Stop heating when it’s melted and stir well until mixed. Add black beans and seasoning, if desired. Transfer to a mini-crockpot for serving, keeping the heat on warm setting. Serve with fresh cilantro and chips!

Note:
– I didn’t need to season mine at all – it just depends on the type of chili you’re using and what tastes good to you.
– Also – I made this with pepper jack Velveeta and it was FAN-TAS-TIC!
