Great appetizer – simple and delicious!
In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients (except the bread) and mix well with a fork, breaking up chicken.
Slice French bread into 1/2 inch thick slices. Place slices on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Top each slice with 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
This makes enough to top 18 slices of baguette bread. Enjoy!
