This is kind of like the Boursin you buy in the store only better.
Soften the cream cheese. Mince the garlic (you can also use roasted garlic that you mash, YUM), sprinkle with black pepper and add herbs of your choice. Combine thoroughly and serve. For the herbs, I prefer thyme for this recipe but feel free to use tarragon or rosemary. Serve on crackers!
