Very sweet and a little salty…Caramel, white chocolate and dark chocolate covered pretzels.
Remove the pretzels from the bag. Crush them into bits using a rolling pin and set aside.
In a double boiler (or using a metal bowl placed over a saucepan so that the bowl doesn’t touch the water), heat the water in the pan until it’s hot but not boiling. Put the chocolate into the top bowl. Melt the chocolate slowly over the heat (about 15 minutes).
Place the caramel into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 2 minutes in 30 second intervals.
Pour the melted chocolate into a wax paper lined baking tray and smooth it to the edges. Pour the caramel onto the chocolate layer and smooth it over the chocolate layer. Pour the pretzel bits evenly over the top of the caramel layer.
sing your hand, push the pretzels into the caramel layer. Place the pan into the fridge to set. Cut into squares and enjoy.
